Safety, Then Quality, Then Productivity

Safety – Quality – Productivity.

These three issues are key to any manufacturer and at PPC we emphsize them very specifically in that order.  Nothing is more important than the safety of our employees, customers, and visitors.  Next in importance is quality.  We are in preparations for our next NSF quality and product safety audit which is planned for April.  Third comes productivity.  While critical to the success of our business, we never sacrifice the first two factors for productivity. 

Operationally, this is our focus.  Lots of other factors are also vitally important, including organization, flexibility, waste reduction, etc..  However, without success in the first three, we won't be around to work on the rest.  We not only plan to be around for a long time, we expect to grow as our customers succeed.
